It’s one thing to go to Italy as a tourist and enjoy all the beautiful sites it has to offer, but it’s another thing entirely to go with Digital Labrador. We will go to the home and studio of renowned Hasselblad photographer Roberto Bigano. He will give us the ‘behind-the-scenes’ tour of his hometown and Venice as only a native Italian can.

Venice, Soave and Verona

The Bugatti International Meeting, organized by the Bugatti Club of Italy, will take place in the Tuscany region of Maremma. The gathering celebrates the centennial of the Bugatti foundation. There, I will present an exclusive exhibit, "The Bugatti Glamour" and will also shoot the Bugattis in a special outdoors set and in the breathtaking surrounding.

Oggi il blog di Roberto Bigano ospita Filippo Chiesa, videomaker e regista italiano. Filippo in occasione del workshop svoltosi a Milano e indetto da Jumper.it sull’utilizzo in campo video professionale delle reflex digitali ha avuto possibilità, tra i primi in italia, di utilizzare e testare le capacità ad alti iso della nuova EOS1D Mark IV.

Verso mezzanotte, in pieno centro di Köln ci siamo imbattuti in un incredibile, immenso negozio di costumi, "Deiter im Karnival", indossati da altrettanti incredibili manichini.

A Köln la fiera è invasa dai fotografi. La colonna sonora è un brusio perenne mischiato a raffiche di scatti, di tutti i fotografi, a tutto ciò di pensabile (e impensabile) che possa essere fotografato. La frenesia è tanta. Gli oggetti dei desideri sono lì, tutti a portata di mano, tutti in una volta. Gli stand di Manfrotto, Gitzo, Kata e National Geographic si raccolgono attorno ad un vero e proprio teatro "Imaging Experience Theatre", dove ogni giorno si susseguono conferenze e seminari di alcuni dei più importanti fotografi al mondo. Le giornate scorrono veloci, ed è subito sera.
