The house itself could have only been photographed with a wide-angle lens and I did not like the resulting prospective. So I decided to get closer and focus more on the roof, taking advantage of the fact that the tiles had been impeccably laid down, the olive tree in the front and the interesting blue lintels. This is also the result of the merge of two different shots. I have often been asked why, in cases like this one, I do not back up and use a longer lens, maybe a zoom. I rather take multiple shots and stitch them together; the prospective is more natural and the resolution higher.

In 2000 Imacon, now Hasselblad, created a new proprietary format for the Imacon scanners, the Flexible File Format or fff. 3F has determined the biggest revolution in the field of original analog scanning since the introduction of the drum scanner.
First of all forgive us the word play, which might come off as presumptuous. However, we felt like we came up with something that perfectly summarizes our philosophy in this arena by uniting the concepts of high resolution and quality reproduction.
