1. Radius Extendend Range up to 350 pixels
Hi radius value re-allocates the contrast of an image in a way that is at the same time powerful and gentle.
Higher values are particularly suitable for larger files, landscapes, portraits etc.
To access to the extended range simply select the Extended range box as shown in the image below.

2. Faster. Approximately twice faster compared to ALCE1
Thanks to the new routine ALCE2 is much more faster even if the amount of speed-up may vary from one system to another.
Consequently we cannot guarantee the speed improvements shown in the figure above

3. New color engine working in lab color space, fully compatible with 64bit systems.
ALCE2 is very similar to ALCE2 with improvements on darker areas. See an example on the figure above.
4. Batch processing directly from ALCE windows
One of the key new features required many times from the ALCE users.
You can save the new file with a separate ALCE layer or flatten it. You can save in tif, psd or jpg. Add a suffix to the file name or not.
Here below the batch window. You can open it directly from the ALCE main window.

6. Auto install and version upgrade via Adobe Extension Manager
This new feature gives many new possibility, expecially with Photoshop CS5.
You will be able to check for new versions and automatically replacing the older version.
Windows user must log as Administrators
7. Resizable Photoshop palette ALCE windows.
Thanks to the Adobe Extension Manager install you can now add the ALCE window in your customized Photoshop palette preset.
